• No accounts, forms or newsletter on this site. You reach us by email only.
• The site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser.
• We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate visit counts. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you.
• No ads, ad tracking or social-media plugins.

The site is served through Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the time of the request. We don’t keep our own copy of these records.

Cloudflare Web Analytics shows us aggregate numbers: page views, country, browser type, the referring site and load speed. It sets no cookies and creates no identifier that recognises you.

If Cloudflare’s security system sees unusual traffic, it may show a short check. Passing it can set a security cookie called cf_clearance. It exists only to keep the site secure and is not used for ads or analytics.

Fonts and code are served from this site. Your browser contacts no other company’s servers apart from Cloudflare.

When you write to support@hellobasalt.dev, hello@hellobasalt.dev or another hellobasalt.dev address:

• What we process: your email address, your name and anything else you include, and the message and its date.
• Why: to read and answer your message, handle a support request or a project enquiry, and keep a record of the conversation.
• Legal basis (KVKK Art. 5(2)): our legitimate interest in replying to you (5/2-f); where a quote or contract is involved, entering into and performing it (5/2-c); for a data-protection request, our legal obligation (5/2-ç).
• Who receives it: mail is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing and stored in our email provider’s mailbox. These providers may process data outside Türkiye; such transfers are made under KVKK Article 9. Your data is not sold or used for advertising, and is disclosed to public authorities only where the law requires it.
• How long we keep it: up to 2 years after the conversation ends, or longer where a law requires it for a quote or contract. It is deleted after that.

Please don’t send ID numbers, health information or other special-category data by email.

You can ask us whether we process your personal data and for information about it; the purpose and whether it is used for that purpose; which third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, it was shared with; to correct it; to delete or destroy it under KVKK Article 7; to tell those third parties about any correction or deletion; to object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis; and for compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

How to ask: email support@hellobasalt.dev. We reply free of charge within 30 days (KVKK Art. 13). If you aren’t satisfied with our reply, or don’t get one in time, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu, KVKK Art. 14).
